Deceiving voices

Let's talk about tracks which vocals sound like a famous singer like Gianni Coraini but he's not really the one who has sung them.

Aside from Fire Wire / Chai, we have two Saifam tracks which sound like him:

Runaway, Getaway / Alvin
Night Fly / Mister Fly

My ears really deceive me when it comes to them, but they surely have done the trick!

for the longest TIME I coulda sworn that was Pasquini on vocals, but it tuned out to be Raymond Barry from AbeatC "Get Back"

at the begining of his carreer Mega NRG Man did his best to sound like Pete Burns. "Dog Eat Dog" "I Want Your Sex" " I Can Be YOur Dee Jay"

The biggest surprise was when David Di Marcantonio took over many of Gino Caria's aka's on TIME. He did one hell of a Caria singing tone on a lot of those songs.

I remember being one of the ones who thought Les might infact be Elena Feretti. Turns out it wasn't.

I distinctly remember that everybody thought Monica Fracchia was still recording for Hi-NRG Attack until Melody Castellari herself came onto here and mentioned she was singing for HRG, and not just Saifam. It's true Castellari originally left HRG in 1999 while simultaneously joining Asia's roster, but most of us were deceived because not only did Monica sound a great deal like her, the label began pitching vocals up on a regular basis beginning in the early 2000s, after Castellari had originally left. Because of this, nobody thought twice to compare the vocals in tracks like Hot Gal, Lovers in the Night, or Happy Snappy Valentine to late 90s songs like Summertime, Look Into My Eyes, or Dancing in Maharaja. In fact, Gucci Girl by Cindy was the only track Castellari sang in the late 90s on which her vocals were pitched up to 2000s-levels. I believe Castellari originally departed after recording Turn the Beat Around by Black Eva, as well as doing backup vocals on Tam Arrow's Hyper Bazooka Revolution; and that she returned to the label in 2006 with Nikita Jr.'s Happy Snappy Valentine.

Night Fly Guy checks in at HRG 258. Maybe Eb catalog wasn't 100% because it's almost 40 songs after, but if you listen to "it's A Magical Dream you can listen to the same tone in certain words.

I agree it's gotta him. Even the was he sings Machine, Sky Fantazie instead of Fantasy.
