Deciphering vocals section

Post by Calla_Maranatha » 09 Jul 2015, 13:40

In my opinion, I found out that "Night is the Night" by Sonya may contain some pieces of Judy Crystal's vocals, obviously. Her vocals may be sung in a lower tone with some pieces of accent.

Compare with some of early HRG Attack tracks in which she had sung, especially Take My Gum / Dolly Pop, Movin' Up / Giorgia Barrows, Loose Your Fantasy / Nikka Hollywood, etc. and a few of LED tracks (Every Night / Rita Hollywood - Energy Revolution, LED sublabel).

Also, Patrizia Piola (Betty Blue, Patty Sun, early Luna) did some vocals on Groove Twins - only on Run Run To Me and Action. Her accent and lustre has set her apart from early Domino's, which had the same vocal range.

I don't know for Judy Crystal, but it's sure for Patrizia Piola XP her vocals were also a part of ''Blond Beauty'' ;)

I won't tell anybody, that this or that female singer was surely one of vocalists in projects like Groove Twins, because they over and over replaced each other or sang together.

Who thought about specific vocal differences between Annerley Gordon and Elena Gobbi in 90s? Probably nobody, because next and next mysterious musical riddles come to light now. Annerley Gordon was the second female voice in A.Beat-C. since 1990 and everywhere could be considered as Elena Gobbi. Then Alessandra Gatti with Patrizia Piola, who knows where they shared vocal parts. We have at least several cases, where only really producers can confirm who is who.

Blond Beauty "Slam Flash Beauty", Paula Roberts "Sound Of Love", Sonya "It's A Miracle" are still unexplained.

Well, sorry friends, but I think more problems are with vocal identification, if somebody hasn't clearly specifed favorite artists, his own nook of Eurobeat, what is the main problem with whole Eurobeat. Without focusing on projects and single discographies, but compilations with everything... and nothing, as say some proverb. Riddles will be yet very long time, because people heard too much Eurobeat and easier can confuse so many vocalists.

Did you notice...?

That the vocals of Everyday Everynight / Valery Scott sounds a lot like A-Beat C's Sonya?
