Paul Harris - Dreamers (Delta)

I think Paul Harris only gotten better with each release. His vocals have that Italo feel to them. I remember David R. Jones, Phil & Stan, Kevin Johnson having clear relaxed tone fitted well for some of the more Italo vibed Eurobeat songs.

Always thought that one sounded really unique, I get the feeling it could be a classic pop track or something. Instead it's classic eurobeat
