Post by Takumi » 06 Oct 2015, 20:42

Hello
well i'm new here . and i don't know if my topis here is correct or not (hope i won't be banned).
so i'm interested in eurobeat since a long time and i want to make some song, but i don't know what software to use (since i can't afford to have a synth or any other instrument).
so if you can guide me thought this i will be grateful

you need a DAW first, can you afford FL Studio???
once you get a DAW to start with...
there are many good free VST..
for me i use Synth1&SQ8L...they are good for 80s,90s sounds
i have my free drum sample pack if you want,i can share

and most important, master the basic music theory and never stop learning...

well....i can help you with some good-old sounds, work well for eurobeat,italo....but i can't help you to get all sound you want, you better learn some synthesis basic and messing with knobs, sliders of VST...

here is soundbank i made for Synth1,grab it and do tweaking whatever you like ! :P

Code: Select all

also try VST SQ8L as well,it has alot of 80s sound patches, you will not regret... :) i strongly recommended along with Synth1!

and here is drum pack,it's lightweight, but this pack has almost everything kick, hat, snare, cymbal, tom, shaker, percu, some FX.... this pack will serve you well for long run!
