Same vocalist from this track. I was checking the Voices Of Eurobeat page and it lists her as the only vocalist under the alias Ika. There is no way that this is the same person singing Go Godzilla Go... It's definitely her in some Ika tracks (Ciao Ciao Bye Bye, for example), but not all of them, unless they filtered her voice heavily.
Voices of Eurobeat page is a old draft version of Eurobeat catalogue... Emanuela Gubinelli started in Flea Records where composed Sergio Dall'Ora: Lilac, Donna Luna, Maggie Sue, Angie Starr, Paula Marsch, Mandy Gordon, Karin Rex, Ross !
Time Records, I don't know where to begin... Morena and much more before Ika.
