Wow that would make my month if she came back. She has been doing very little over at Offlimits, so that would make sense for her to come back now. I loved her last release as Ann Lee, No No No, but I think it was too cute for most folks so it didn't do well.

BTW I totally agree about Everybody Let's Dance - that's my favorite song of hers. I got ahold of the vinyl... love it!

I wonder which label she will join... A beat C again?

I'm sorry, I may have guessed wrong...-_-;

When we (me and my Eurobeat pals around here) saw the Avex guy saying that some popular artist who retired from Eurobeat world about 10 years ago has rejoined, all of us believed it must be Annerley that he was referring to, but yesterday the same Avex guy goes, "Personally I wish Annerley came back", so we are all like, "What? Wasn't he referring to Annerley!?". Thus we are wondering who the hell the returner is. :x

BTW I've known you on Clara's official forum. "Two of Hearts" by Stacey Q was really great! Say hello to your uncle for me. :)

Could it be that Samantha Giles artist?

I don't know much about eurobeat artist in the 90s era so I am just throwing darts in the dark here

Ah, the Avex guy was saying also that the artist had been writing songs as well, so....

We're now speculating it would be any one of Fred Ventura, Marcel Vanden Belt, Setsue Sanada (Dr's Girl), David Brian SRB.

Err, well, might not be SEB-related, but didn't Ventura do some eurobeat-related stuff on the Dancemania series? The remix of Lupin the 3rd, and the eurobeat mix of E-Rotic's cover of Cat's Eye come to mind.

I don't believe it's the same Ventura though and Ventura did a few stuff for Dancemania... Like the following remixes...
Angie Gold - Eat You Up (Phat K Mix)
MM - Wonda (Speed K Mix)
Naoki - Can't Stop Fallin' In Love (Speed Mix) (originally called Ventura Hyper Mix)
SMiLE.dk - Butterfly Hyper K Mix
CJ Crew - Rhythm & Police Hyper K Mix
and produced tracks like...
Sharon - I'm In The Mood For Dancing
Jenny - Do You Remember Me?
and obviously
Ventura - Lupin The 3rd '78

Fred Ventura (Federico di Bonneventura ... he has his own opinion about Eurobeat. Referring to that I'm sure he's that artist.
Marcel van den Belt = Marcello (from the I VENTI site), from his birth he's into 'the total package' of musica di Italia. Very very important for the scene. Watch his upcoming news recarding his party in Italia !!
Samantha Gilles, Belgium lady perhaps .....

:D Ronald, starting to work :D

That would be great. I used to love his own sentimental melodies with a bit of gloom that can be heared on songs like VANESSA - ETERNITY, VIRGIN - HEAVEN, MALTESE - IT'S ALRIGHT, HELENA - JUST AN ILLUSION, LISA JOHNSON - LOVE, SOPHIE - MY WORLD, NILLA BACKMAN - NEW DAY, MIKE FREEMAN - WHAT IS REAL, CLAIRE DENY - YOU BETTER BRING YOUR LOVE.

That definately would be fantastic. All the songs written/co-written by Frederico Di Bonaventura that I've heard all rocked :D What Is Real, Eternity, Heaven, Take Your Time, Your Love, My World, Leave Me Alone and others... all great.

:? Made a terrible mistake!
I met Federico once during our (with Marcello) travel back from Mantova (Rodgers studio). Referring to this meeting I'm sure that he's not the persom which is gonna return. Or his upinions did changed over the years.
Sorry for the misunderstanding, I forgot to type NOT.
There would be a possible that I visit Italia next month, maybe I would get some more info about this subject (if info is availible).

Ronald.

8) Marcello Van Den Belt did Marc B. Before Gino Caria. I would love for NRG Boys to return on ABeatC. "Heart & Body and Hyperbeat Tonite" wow!!!....but guys check the cd credits for Mike J. songs. Could it be Fred Ventura with an Alias. The Synths are very reto 90's just faster. Maybe they are talking about Clerici..forgott his first name. He did vocals for Silver on "What's Your Intention". Or Theo Spagna.....now here is ont to think about. I do not know his name, but he sounds a lot like Jimmy Summervill. On ABeatC he did James Cooler. On Flea he did Boy and T. Boy and on Asia he was Boys Boys Boys. Who is he??? I really don't know.

8) Fabio Venturini is NEVER Federico DI Bonaventura. Fabio is a member of a progressive rock band "Ancestry".

The vocals for Silver - What's Your Intention *IS* Claudio Magnani.

As to falsetto vocals:

Lilac - Baby I Love Your Way, Jump To The Music, Come Come Come, Bang Bang, Step By Step
MAURO FARINA

Boys Boys Boys - Teddy Boy, Dance The Night Away, Emotions Boys Boys Boys - My Feeling, Freedom
MAURO FARINA

Boy - Broken Wings, Falling Away, Don't Leave Me Alone
MAURO FARINA

James Cooler - Lover To Lover, Cinderella
GIANCARLO PASQUINI

Your Love Is Lightning ...beautiful song! This definately has to be my favorite Norma Sheffield song. It's quite sad, because a lot of people I've talked to seem to dislike her style of singing, but personally I really adore her style.
