YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OH MY GOD THAT WAS FUCKING AWESOME!
Watching that video gives that same excited feel I get when I'm watching the old Eurobeat music videos, para para videos, and official videos, and the feeling I got when I first started listening to Eurobeat!
I am SO HAPPY they used an unknown, old-school track, too! It's like they heard our voices about the meme people using tracks that have gotten dull and unenjoyable thanks to the meme magic people. Imagine if they had used frickin' Running in the 90's or Deja Vu again.
This is exactly what I've always wanted to have happen - modern-day J-Pop stars wearing really flashy, sexy outfits, dance energetically to Eurobeat, with all the modern sparkle and energy that's really popular in J-pop. I want Eurobeat videos like these to be made, or rather, for more of these hot, fresh new J-pop stars to do covers of the old SEB we like!
Someone get me on the line! I need to tell Avex to do LARABELLE / LOVE AS A WEAPON next! They have to have it have a cool Sci-fi Military Anime theme, with the girls in tight-fitting combat suits and bearing weapons, kinda like Samus Aran in her Zero-Suit, or the girls in Yamato 2199.
