I wonder if there's a publishing dispute or something? Or if they're just... really lazy.
Either way, Avex giving us the dead corpse of the thing we saw in the pet shop window and asked for/requested/begged for/tried to work around systems made to bar us from giving them money for it/etc while it was still alive is a pretty massive slap in the face.

Of the albums that did make it to the US iTunes, most are not even available in their entirety out here. Whatever the case, I agree this is all way too late, but I suppose it's better than nothing?
