It does not, no IBAN, no PayPal, not even purchasing gift cards with them and paying with a gift card.
I was out of luck since I have no credit card and had to ask Forza to buy it for me, hopefully he'll get the sticker too.
Pre-order should end tomorrow (in a few hours in Japan).
They only offer grocery shop paying (which none of the listed are available in Germany), credit card (which I do not own, just regular bank card), Net payment with japanese banks or mobile payments with japanese phones.

Seiichi said me this :
"DJ BOSS is saying as follows.
SEB does not end.
It will be released once a year."

Satos english seems a bit shaky, if you strictly read his response he is not saying where SEB is ending or not but that DJ Boss is answering the question if it will end but the answer is in the booklet. What a cliffhanger...
Hopefully Avex will not cancel it completely but an annual release would actually be not that bad, considering multiple discs of course.
How is one disc gonna cut it for a whole year?

Now that I re-read sato.'s comment, I agree that it's more "Yes the asnwer is there (the answer to the rumor)" but not actually say anything. And, yeah, that answer was probably limited to sato.'s English which is poor.
Ugh.

They would definitely need to do more than just one disc per year considering that most of the current labels have renegotiated contracts. Maybe Avex might release unreleased tracks in addition to new productions. I think this is the best and most likely outcome.

Means you live in Germany? Maybe I can help you ordering SEBs without a forwarder. I sent you a PM.

Yeah, I do. Thanks for your efforts but I have it going already so it's alright, don't worry, it's not the end of the world

Just ordered mine (first press) on AmazonJP. Quite heavy on the price tag (like 40 something euro with import tax) but it's all worth it for the last volume of this epic series. Here we go!

SEB 250 debuted at #36 on Oricon Daily Albums chart today, which is a good sign.

The sticker edition on Amazon.jp is already out. Also, SEB250 is #1 in Dance & Electronic.

Got my copy
I will NEVER understand how on one anniversary album, a track can sound so crystal clear, and on another, the same song sound so wonky. It's like...the tone on the mix recording wasn't tuned up, and the vocals on some tracks sound lowered in volume.
Boss definitely knows how to piece together 100 tracks better than Matsura, but both mixes are fun and well...that's it.

Here's my little review:
I got so excited to have the very last SEB in my hands on Friday. I ripped the CDs, synced them on my ewPod and couldn't wait to listen all mixes in my car the next day. I had a long trip and enough time to listen to the whole album.
Sadly, I'm not satisfied with this being the end of SEB.
The mixes are well-produced and I do like the style of having 0:45 long songs, so you only hear the best parts of them. It's also reasonable to have 250 songs on the 250th compilation. However, the song choice is terrible! We have pretty much only pre-SEB100 tracks! This compilation should have presented ALL eras of Eurobeat, not only the "old, glory days". They could've picked one song of each SEB and make a chronological mix. Or at least take x songs from each decade/era. We alreadey got the old songs with SEB 247 and 248. So why make another compilation full of old stuff?
The worst CD was the third one, though. J-Euro may be relevant for avex itself, but for the SEB series, was there ever J-Euro present on non-anniversaries? I can only re-call the bonus songs in the 100s and 200s. They are pretty much meaningless for the main series. But okay, it's an anniversary and avex likes to put J-Euro on the album for the Japanese audience, okay... But there are so many Japanese cover songs of original Eurobeat on it! Hell, many songs were already mixed in their original version on the first two CDs. +1 for variety!
In my opinion, they should have made an ONLY post-200 mix on disc 2 to represent the era which was not present in any recent mix at all.
The sticker is nice, though. I sticked it on my PC's front side.

Mine just arrived. Unfortunately with a small crack on the cover, but here it is nonetheless.
EDIT: Just finished listening to it. Pretty happy overall but indeed they could've had more modern songs on it. lol
But hey, it was a good run!

First week sales: 1,095 copies / #59 on Oricon Weekly Albums chart
Considering the wide media promotion, this seems rather mediocre, but it still sold almost two times more than 230 and 240.
