At first impression, after listening to Sara Grimaldi on her house and italodance projects, as well as on her gospel-like songs (she has a powerful voice like an African American woman in a gospel choir), I wasn't able to see how this voice can be so happy as seen on the Sara eurobeat songs you showed me...Actually "Sara's" voice goes off pitch as if she were not as talented in her vocal range when compared to the real Sara Grimaldi who sings much gospel and house music with a very wide vocal range and on pitch.
Sara Grimaldi, this one shows how she can have a very more relaxing soft voice, but nothing like the Sara of eurobeat.

Here you can see how Sara Grimaldi can also sing very powerfully, similar to a gospel singer:

Then if you compare those 2 songs with the Sara of eurobeat fame...
They sound nothing at all alike (It sounds as if this Sara cannot extend her notes very well when compared to the real Sara Grimaldi):

HOWEVER
After hearing this Italodance song from her showing off more of her high pitched sounding voice, I think I am a bit more convinced that she might be the Sara of eurobeat as you have mentioned. This song credits S.Grimaldi as one of the writers, according to discogs.com

You guys have really talented ears. I can only play along if it's about the old school male vocalists and even then never 100% sure

How did I miss this thread before?
I, for one, have been trying to find out who is behind the amazing Wonderland and till date, have no answers and it sort of bugs me (lame I know). Is she the same vocalist in Little Love? Burning Up For You? Are they even the same Sara? It sometimes sound like it's her yet sometimes it does not. Dima once said Heather is Sara but trust me, they sound worlds apart from one another. One of the hard part is that the damn song is nearly 20 years old (The 'Sara' in question must be at least 40+ by now and undergone some voice changes), so unless it's confirmed to be that 'Sara Grimaldi' chick (It doesn't quite sound like her but she sure looks to be at the 40+ age. I hope it is though, so I can bring closure to my answer seeking), if not, I think this will be a question that will remain a question forever LOL.

Oh btw, Sara Grimaldi has many facebook accounts :3 and amoung them there's one that put me attention :
https://www.facebook.com/sara.grimaldi.9619/photos
Her full name is Sara Francesca Maria Grimaldi. HOWEVER, ''Sara'' from Delta has many aliases, such as Pizza Girl, Crystal, Madison or FRANCIE.
Don't you get it ? Francesca = Francie

!!
Well, this aliase was only used for one song, which is ''Bad Bad Boy'' :3

I think that pretty much seals the deal for me.
Good to finally know that she is Sara Grimaldi.

Good to finally feel more confident now that she is Sara Grimaldi.
Btw, I like her lips, but are they real? They look like HA filler to me

Well it seems she has made plastic surgery and looks a bit like Pete Burns from Dead or Alive XP

I don't think Francie is the same vocalist as Sara. The pronunciation on Bad Bad Boy sounds markedly different from any of Sara's tracks.

She sounds like Mari-san.
If you compare this song here by Mari-san - Change:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yyzsQYQm0w4
Then compare it with the first part of this video of Sara Grimaldi here, they sound the same to me:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=si3mrpI2ZQc
Even though GGM lists Mari-san's vocalist as being Martina Santelli, I think that is just an alias, especially since only 1 other song comes up on discogs.com by that artist, but for Sara Grimaldi, many results are shown on discogs, and with such a powerful voice as hers, she couldn't just release that one song.
Mari-San is a real person. She used to be on MySpace with a couple of jazz tracks available. There is also this.

Marina, surely it's a typo in Cheeseman's catalog.
She's even on Facebook as Marina Santelli. She's young only about 28/29.

Sara is Elena Ferretti, it says on her wikipedia page that under the name Sara she was a part of three records,"The Beat Of The Night" (1989)
"Time Goes On" (1989)
"Love Is Like A Replay" (1990)
