I'm sure some of them do. A lot of eurobeat vocalists have other projects... some of them are lead vocalists in their own projects or belong to bands... etc.
I'm sure most of them would rather be doing Italo, too, probably.

You know, she is a professional singer and what is required to her is singing any genres as occasions may demand. She is doing great on eurobeat singing, eh? That's all right. As a matter of fact, she doesn't remember all the songs she sang, so it's not surprising that she doesn't know where her songs are sold. It's prolly because she is paid for singing songs, not on the basis of the sales. However I don't think she doesn't like eurobeat. If so, why do you think she replies to the mails from eurobeat fans?hao-bao wrote:If i were here, I would at last try to know where are my CDs lol :p
Do you think eurobeat singers actually don't like eurobeat and do it just for cheap money? This is my feeling.
Here is her answer to my question asking her which musical genre she likes best of jazz, gospel, blues and dance.
saying, "Actually I don't sing Eurobeat so often because my voice is considered too "Gospel" for the taste in Japan. But I must say that to my surprise both "Emotions" and "Fall in love", both from Delta, are approved very much, in spite of my obscure voice."In realtà non canto spesso Eurobeat perché purtroppo la mia voce è considerata troppo "Gospel" per piacere in Giappone.
Ma devo dire che a sorpresa sia "Emotions" che "Fall in love", sempre della
Delta, sono piaciute molto, nonostante la mia voce scura.![]()

True, very true. I was dumb-founded when I was looking on Google one day and discovered Tomas Marin does New Age/Healing music in Switzerland! XD Pretty cool actually. Listen to a few of the samples.... some of them are absolutly gorgeous.Cosmic_Bard wrote:....A lot of eurobeat vocalists have other projects... some of them are lead vocalists in their own projects or belong to bands... etc.

I can't speak for all Eurobeat singers, but seeing the amount of songs and years they have contributed to the genre, shows me they must have a special love in thier heart for Eurobeat.
