Aaaww I l.o.v.e. love love love the calm theme song for Fruits Basket (For Fruits Basket) it always make me feel so calm and peaceful.

From the more jumpier ones I would go with Kodomo No Omocha - Ultra Relax, the plain craziness in it drives me wild (in a happy way).

I like 7 Oclock New from Kodocha, Ultra Relax from Kodocha, SakuraSaku from Love Hina, the first theme from YuYu Hakusho, Saint Seya, Blurry Eyes from ... One anime XD

The lyrics just seem better in Tiggy's. Less pointless even. And Judy and Mary isn't dance-y enough for me XD.

Ranma½ Just reminds me of that first opening, not sure if that's just what Chico meant... I never was a huge fan of Ranma½ as a series but the simple theme song was good.
