The lack of no real synth hook would normally be a massive disappointment, but somehow it gives this track a more complete and epic feel to it
Score: 10+++/10
He didn't make most of the song, if I remember correctly...
he only recorded the vocals, and made the riff.

A Japanese label made all other parts.
I don't know which one either.
That's why this song could be on the ''Collaborations'' albums.

But I still think it's one of his best productions thus far.

I've heard a few people ask this question and it seems black and white for me. The way they sing together in Go Go Girls songs is vastly different than how they sang together in Super Eurobeat. But, to put it in perspective:

Go Go Girls = they sing together at the same time
Domino & Virginelle = they sing separately (more like a duet)

:)
Okay, thanks, btw, wasn't Virginelle already retired ?

For that, I have no idea.

The ''Virginelle'' alias hasn't been used that much anymore....
They more often use ''Lolita'' instead now..

Wait - did you miss the Virginelle track on 198, The Power of Love?

Unless that's a really old track, it seems the alias has been used only last month! haha :D

It's a great track, even better in extended version from iTunes. :)

Correct, I bought it..
I like the male voice who says ''Dance with me'' in the intro..

And the end sounds very good too!

The booklet credits Overhead Champion with the other half of the production under the alias of Santamaria

01 DOMINO & VIRGINELLE feat. MEGA NRG MAN / SUPER EUROBEAT (GGM)

Did you know iranians recently caught 14 squarrels on Iranian border
and claimed they had american eavesdropping devices on them..?
This tune would be usefull to iranians in shooing 'em bad squrrels away.

02 EUROGROOVES ALL STARS / SUPER EUROBEAT (Eurogrooves)

Thus comes forth the long awaited replication of ol'Time label, eurogrooves .. if the purpose of it's self-replication was to depart from ol'Time cliches, it ain't working..

04 ANDREA feat. SERGIO / BARBIE GIRL (Eurogrooves)

Label probably doesn't listen to radio much in this decade, maybe they do think it is what 'em kids listen to in 2009..

05 KRYSTAL & DIMA / LET THE MUSIC PLAY (Dima)

Melody is still not annoying for about three plays in a row..must be not bad..

07 ALEKY / ETERNITY (Dima)

Awesome melody!!
Yet..Pure SCP ripp-off in every way..and I love it!
Rip Stefano Castangna prod. off some more and more , please..!

16 NORMA SHEFFIELD / HERE IT COMES THE SUN (A-Beat C)

This would sure rock da ol' folks home on a Bingo NIGHT..!

17 NUAGE / BEFORE TOMORROW (SinclaireStyle)

Bratt is sure attached to his rave'n'loopz sample libraries..
Good collab.!!
Resaulting,no daubt, from Bratt introducing Denis to his barbwirefanced estates that keeps mean squarrels and other unfriendlies away. It also
got the legendary toolshack where Elvis be livin'. Main Sinclaire estates attraction: F.Guio.

21 BLACK EVA & NICK TURBO / RUNNING TO MY CAR (Hi-NRG Attack)

Not epic enough for HRG style..needs some good gurgling noises and vodka refferences to be the classic in the making.

23 DAVE & FUTURA / DANCE IN MY TOWN (A-Beat C)

Selfreplicating-D.R.-prod-factory never runs out...
Did they they make her breath in some gelium..?..
(Should we notify the session singer abuse watch..?..)

24 FRANZ TORNADO & THE TRI-STAR GIRLS / SUPER EUROBEAT (Hi-NRG Attack)

..soupah soupah europeat..

27 DELTA QUEENS / SUMMER BOY, SUMMER GIRL (Delta)

Awesome prod., but do depress me, please...
Let's not get out of the formula that defines Delta: melancholic songs about guys that always leave..

28 GO 2 & DJ BOSS / SUPERSTAR (SCP)

I think something happened to ol' Scoot here. He sounds 30 years older,
with polenta filling his mouth, probably..This tune is defined by excessively cheesy club sound gallore of the sort that Codenotti is so into..

Side note for: NUAGE / BEFORE TOMORROW

Bratt, you gotta invite Nuage for a ride in your Fer, man..

Apparently so, since he chose to do this song cause his daughter loves the original and sings it all the time.

What does that even mean and who is scoot? Ace or Fastway? Or are you reffering to DJ Boss rapping? :?

Only as a weapon against pesky spy squarrels... It misses the melody strenght/originality mark, in my opinion.

I think that there is a Scooter impersonation on this song. Scooter is a techno guy who raps in a very similar *processed voice*.

Call me crazy, but when I heard Let The Music Play for the first time, I thought I heard the late Gino Caria. o_O
Great album though, LOVE Phil's songs, so the piano version of Only For Love Only For You was awesome to hear! :D
