SUPER EUROBEAT VOL.199 ~LET'S END~

I couldn't read the blog (since it was in Japanese) but google translate says the theme is the last 13 tracks that will have the current 'sound' before the shift to older sounding eurobeat AVEX plans for after 200.

I think Austina Feel is Go Go's Music... it would make the most sense given the name.

But if this is truly the end of the modern Eurobeat sound on Super Eurobeat, it is in the labels' interests to find another compilation which will accommodate for the way the sound has evolved now, so that when people lose interest in SEB for hearing the way it will be, not all is lost.

Only A Fool Would Believe / Austina Feel better be an EPIC track, as it's the century finale and technically the last new SEB song before I'll probably lose interest in the series. Why Avex thinks a shift to older eurobeat, rather than improving and broadening the genre's (not just SEB's) promotion, is an ingenious idea is beyond me.

You almost got me! Looked believeable until I saw June 3rd. I remember 189 being released in July so 199 would be a July release. 198 would be June 3rd. Ya'll got wooshed.

Unless I'm getting wooshed becaused I saw no mention on it on the blog.

EDIT: Ahaha "Only A Fool Would Believe." Nine wins the April Fools Day joke for me. All other ones I read today felt forced.

Who's to say it's 7a pulling ALL the strings? The actions taken by avex thus far with 7a at the helm seem no different than when she was not there. One person couldn't botch things up as badly as, say, a team.
