SEB 150 DVD Lolita question...

Ok, so I have my SEB 150 and all and I love it cause my laptop has a DVD program that plays all regions, but I desperatly wanted to show a few of my friends the Lolita part on the DVD when she is singing "Fantasy" and their DVD players don't support Region 2. I don't know how to do this, but is there a way that I can create a MPEG file from the DVD with just Lolita sining that little snippet? If there is software for it, what should I use? Or, if it would be easier, can someone just make the MPEG of that clip for me? I'd be most appreciative and definatly owe ya one!!!
