Glorious lyrics (by hearing)

Post by Lebon14 » 13 Jul 2007, 17:04

OK. Now, my patience has reached the limit. I decided to write the lyrics for :
Glorious
by Powerful T,
SEB178

So, I want to share it here since I'm not sure of certain passage (some will not make sense)...

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Why don't you stay here
I wanna wash your tears away
And your guilt tears
Where no lovin' is giving you pain

Trust me, feel me
I could make you be alright
Along the dark, won't fly
You and me

Hey! I'll make you feel glorious
Glorious!
Say, you wanna feel glorious?
Just you and me now!
Maybe you'll be glorious
Glorious!
Hey! Your eyes wants your smile.
You are so glorious!

I want to let go
Too many tears along your face
I want to do know
I will do it over again

Trust me, feel me
I could make you be alright
Along the dark, won't fly
You and me

Hey! I'll make you feel glorious
Glorious!
Say, you wanna feel glorious?
Just you and me now!
Maybe you'll be glorious
Glorious!
Hey! Your eyes wants your smile.
You are so glorious!

Trust me, feel me
I could make you be alright
Along the dark, won't fly
You and me

Hey! I'll make you feel glorious
Glorious!
Say, you wanna feel glorious?
Just you and me now!
Maybe you'll be glorious
Glorious!
Hey! Your eyes wants your smile.
You are so glorious!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Help me at least guys.

Patience? You take submitting the album lyrics for granted?

I'm quite speechless...

No, my patience for the lyrics of this song especially. So, patience at the end, I made it myself.

Okay, try this on for size - this is what I hear from the lyrics, and some sections make a bit more sense than what you had...

Why don't you stay here
I wanna wash your tears away
There are no good tears
When your/no love is giving you pain

Trust me, feel me
I can make you be alright
Out of the dark we'll fly
You and me

Hey! I'll make you feel glorious
Glorious!
Say, you wanna feel glorious?
Just follow me now!
Love! Maybe you'll be glorious
Glorious!
Hey! Your eyes are open as well as your smile.
You are so glorious!

I want to let go
Too many tears along your face
I want you to know
I will do whatever I can

Trust me, feel me
I can make you be alright
Out of the dark we'll fly
You and me

Hey! I'll make you feel glorious
Glorious!
Say, you wanna feel glorious?
Just follow me now!
Love! Maybe you'll be glorious
Glorious!
Hey! Your eyes are open as well as your smile.
You are so glorious!

Trust me, feel me
I could make you be alright
Out of the dark we'll fly
You and me

Hey! I'll make you feel glorious
Glorious!
Say, you wanna feel glorious?
Just follow me now!
Love! Maybe you'll be glorious
Glorious!
Hey! Your eyes are open as well as your smile.
You are so glorious!

The only line I'm not confident about is the one in the chorus that goes "Your eyes are open as well as your smile" - it just doesn't feel right, and I know it's not exactly what he's singing...

But the rest is for definite ;)

Thanks the ditz.
When your/no love is giving you pain
I think it's more like "When your love is giving you pain"
Hey! Your eyes are open as well as your smile
Sounds good.

I think it will be final. Ready to post.

A new topic just for a mere ear rendition of lyrics for just Powerful T's Glorious. Quite a profound topic indeed :???: . I see 10 pgs of topic discussion for this one.

And, no one claims to have the lyrics. Curious.

If you want the lyrics buy the CD or listen to the song and figure it out yourself. I think his point was that it is not really necessary to have a separate topic just for the lyrics of one song...

Do you have the money? I don't have 35$ to put buy SEB 178. I just try to have lyrics for '6' (or so) songs. And, no one is kind to me because I was the only one to say that SEB 179 was the worst album of 170's decade (I still say so). Yes, I used strong words for it because everone was ignoring my opinion. And, I made this topic alone for Glorious's lyric because it was the only one that I was pretty much able to figure out myself. And, I plan to buy SEB 178. For now, I don't have the ******* money for it.

Oh yeah, who would pay 35$ for a 10 pages booklet???

That doesn't justify you making an entire topic for it. You could have posted it in a preexisting topic or you could've been patient and waited for someone to type it up. Either way, you sound like a selfish child complaining about people not submitting lyrics fast enough for you...

Selfish? Just not for me, for everybody. Too, I am very disapointed that everybody is ignoring me. This is what makes me impatient.

Fast? No, I can wait. Only if someone could say "I have them, but it could take a while before I post them. OK?". But, everyone continue chatting with the others except me... That makes me impatient.

Bore is right, typing up lyrics is a huge chore. Really, it is taken for granted.

Actually Mesdoram is right here, your response already indicates a childish response by feeling you are ignored and thus expecting people to respond the way you want them to.

You aren't paying $35 for a 10-page booklet, you are paying something like $24USD for an 18 track album. (In the case of SEB 174-179, a two disc album.)

The shipping costs vary from website to website and you could always choose a cheaper shipping method to lower the price. For example, Economy Air is the cheapest shipping method offered by cdjapan, which comes to like $4USD.

Sure, there is only a $7 difference between the two prices, but if you budget your spending accordingly, knowing that there will be a new CD released every month or so, it isn't really that hard to save up the money.

It's most likely that you spend $5 everyday over the course of a week. (I know that I spend at least that amount just on food where I work, and some people I know spend more than that everyday simply on coffee from Starbucks.) If you save that $5 everyday for those seven days, you'll have the "$35" to purchase the album. :)

Woah, sounds like piracy to me.

You... do know we oppose that here, right Lebon14?
Sure, there are a fair amount of people take part in it, but it's not the sort of thing you should be openly discussing. It reflects poorly on all of us.

I don't see any problem with creating a thread to discuss lyrics for a song that isn't quite yet in the lyrics DB.

If you don't like the thread, ignore it. It isn't like 50 of these pop up every week to the point where we have to ask "Is this an important topic?"

And on the subject of this, being impatient and not the centre of attention does not entitle you to recieve things. No one is under any obligation to have the lyrics posted for you in a certain timeframe.

Maybe you should take a second and try to figure out why people are ignoring you.

E-mail the label if you have to, some of them have good track records for lyric requests.

Alternatively, look at the lyrics I posted... :|

Just wish I knew what that line in the chorus was, cos it still isn't right!
