Eurobeat Labels in 2004 What did you guys think?

Post by Jion » 14 Nov 2004, 04:05

A-Beat C - 8 out of 10 - While they had quite a few songs that were phenominal, some were rather bland (ie the Norma Sheffield and Susan Bell songs)

SCP - 10 out of 10 - Let's face it, SCP knows how to produce eurobeat and produce it extremely well. They are extremely versitile and have proven time and time again why they should have more songs per SEB

Time - 5 out of 10 - Most of their songs I didn't like at all. There were a few that were extremely wonderful tunes (Such as S.M.S, 150 and Time Of Love) but a great majority of their songs I didn't like

HI-NRG Attack - 9 out of 10 - The main blunder I saw from this label was the song Do You Wanna Be My Secret Love by Maddy Lane. I didn't like that song at all but otherwise, great year for HI-NRG Attack considering they only had about 1 song per album

Delta - 6 out of 10 - The label that got me into eurobeat has been losing its touch. They no longer are releasing the hits I crave. Back To You by Cody, Superbad by Niko, Music In My Head by Denise, the Delta songs from 151 and Jean Love made it pretty good, but thats not enough to erase a lot of the bad songs I've heard from them. They didn't deserve to have so many songs on the Best Of 2004 as some really aren't the best

Vibration - 10 out of 10 - I enjoyed absolutely every Vibration song released on SEB. Put out more Vibration songs on SEB!!! The Vibration songs on VIP 3rd stage were absolutely incredible and showed how cool and fun this label is! Lolipop... Lolipop Banana!

So what did you guys think. Am I the only one that feel that way about Delta and Time? I really didn't like a lot of the songs they put out...
You can hate me but you know you have quality issues =p

A-Beat C - 8 out of 10 - I agree with your 8 out of 10, but I took away two points because they focused too much on Nuage and she makes me nauseous. ;_;

SCP - 9 out of 10 - Though they have had released some awesome songs, there are a few songs released by them I really didn't enjoy. Moonchild for example. ^^;

Time - 150 out of 10 - XDDD Sorry, I couldn't help myself. I just love 150 though. I'll give 'em 7 out of 10 because that's really the only time song I enjoyed in 2004.

HI-NRG Attack - 8 out of 10 - I love love love Hi-NRG Attack, but unfortunately I do find their songs to be repetitive and unpleasing to listen to for long periods of time. ;_; BUT!!! They have released beautiful songs :D

Delta - 10 out of 10 - I really disagree with you on this one Jion. ;) In my opinion, Delta has been so strong in 2004, and the many songs of Clara Moroni have been SO awesome. *hugs*

Vibration - 6 out of 10 - Meh, not a big fan of Vibration. I honestly can't remember what artists are Vibration artists. XD *sucks*
